Mission: The mission of the sales executive is to generate and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified prospects, create deep, meaningful relationships them, and move a high percentage through the sales cycle to become new, long-term clients.

Outcomes

  • Generate and maintain $500,000 in yearly revenue by the end of 12 months of employment, $1 million in yearly revenue by the end of 24 months of employment, and $1.5 million in yearly revenue by the end of 36 months of employment.
  • Identify, pitch, sell, and onboard qualified accounts with profit margins of no less than 25%
  • Attend various Chamber meetings, Corporate Alliance, networking organizations, trade shows, and other opportunities to develop new leads no less than six times per month
  • Maintain relationships with clients by communicating with them twice per month via email or phone
  • Work with services team to identify client wins, package them appropriately, and meet with clients to share wins and harvest referrals no less than once per quarter
  • Work with services team to identify campaign expansion opportunities and present them to clients no less than once every six months
  • Properly analyze and asses prospects needs and tailor custom solutions to fit those needs
  • Receive no less than a 95% client satisfaction rating on client welcome surveys

Required Skills

  • Ability to quickly learn our business, value proposition, mission, vision, values, goals and package it appropriately when communicating with suspects, prospects, and clients
  • Minimum of 2 years in a sales position
  • Strong networking experience
  • Lead generating capabilities
  • Computer and internet skills including MS Word, Excel, internet-based applications, and social networking websites
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Must be highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated with the skill and discipline necessary to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills in selling to enterprise level organizations
